The Importance of Nutrition and Sleep

When it comes to transforming your body or improving strength and fitness levels, what you do outside the gym is just as important as the work you put in during training. Real progress is built in the 23 hours away from the weights or cardio. That one hour of exercise takes effort and commitment, but staying consistent with your nutrition and recovery is where the real challenge lies.
